Le 17 mai 2024, le Sociological Group Rating et le Transatlantic Dialogue Center ont organis\u00e9 un important \u00e9v\u00e9nement de pr\u00e9sentation consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019analyse et \u00e0 la discussion d\u2019une enqu\u00eate quantitative men\u00e9e selon la m\u00e9thode des entretiens t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques assist\u00e9s par ordinateur (CATI). Cette enqu\u00eate ciblait les habitants des oblasts ukrainiens de Kharkiv et de Kherson afin de recueillir des informations de premi\u00e8re main sur le processus de r\u00e9int\u00e9gration des r\u00e9gions lib\u00e9r\u00e9es de l\u2019occupation. L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait d\u2019\u00e9valuer les succ\u00e8s des efforts de r\u00e9int\u00e9gration et d\u2019identifier les domaines n\u00e9cessitant de nouvelles am\u00e9liorations.<\/p>\n\n\n

Tetiana Skrypchenko, coordinatrice de la recherche, et Hlib Kuzmenko, analyste du Sociological Group Rating, ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des \u00e9clairages approfondis sur divers sujets \u00e0 partir des r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate. Leur pr\u00e9sentation a port\u00e9 sur la confiance envers les institutions, les besoins des habitants des communaut\u00e9s, les perceptions de l\u2019aide humanitaire, le processus de reconstruction et de r\u00e9tablissement des secteurs sociaux, ainsi que la coh\u00e9sion sociale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Des experts du Transatlantic Dialogue Center, notamment Anna Rudenko, Daryna Sydorenko et Alina Horbenko, ont compar\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate quantitative aux donn\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment recueillies lors d\u2019entretiens avec des experts. Cette analyse comparative a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les conclusions de l\u2019enqu\u00eate concordaient avec les t\u00e9moignages d\u2019experts locaux, de repr\u00e9sentants des autorit\u00e9s locales, d\u2019ONG et d\u2019activistes. Cette concordance souligne la grande qualit\u00e9 et la fiabilit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es de l\u2019enqu\u00eate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La concordance entre les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019enqu\u00eate et les t\u00e9moignages des experts met en \u00e9vidence la solidit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es, qui constituent une base robuste pour orienter les futures recommandations de politique publique et les actions \u00e0 venir. L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance d\u2019un dialogue et d\u2019une collaboration continus entre les chercheurs, les autorit\u00e9s locales et la communaut\u00e9 afin d\u2019assurer la r\u00e9ussite durable des efforts de r\u00e9int\u00e9gration. En identifiant \u00e0 la fois les r\u00e9ussites et les domaines \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer, les parties prenantes peuvent mieux allouer les ressources et \u00e9laborer les strat\u00e9gies n\u00e9cessaires pour soutenir les habitants des oblasts de Kharkiv et de Kherson sur la voie d\u2019une r\u00e9int\u00e9gration compl\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n
