Tout ce qui touche aux sites nucl\u00e9aires reste le meilleur \u00e9pouvantail pour effrayer les Russes. Or, aucun sp\u00e9cialiste nucl\u00e9aire russe ne travaille \u00e0 la centrale de Rivne. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019indique un communiqu\u00e9 d\u2019Energoatom, l\u2019op\u00e9rateur ukrainien de l\u2019\u00e9nergie nucl\u00e9aire. D\u2019apr\u00e8s les informations disponibles, il n\u2019y avait que quatre gardes arm\u00e9s russes qui avaient r\u00e9cemment escort\u00e9 la cargaison \u2014 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de combustible nucl\u00e9aire livr\u00e9s \u00e0 la centrale de Rivne avant m\u00eame le d\u00e9but de l\u2019\u00ab op\u00e9ration militaire sp\u00e9ciale \u00bb. Depuis lors et jusqu\u2019au d\u00e9chargement et au transfert \u00e0 la partie ukrainienne, ils l\u2019ont gard\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment aux obligations contractuelles. Maintenant que la cargaison a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9charg\u00e9e et que les gardes ont quitt\u00e9 le territoire de la centrale, ils ne sont pas press\u00e9s de quitter le territoire ukrainien. Peut-\u00eatre ne sont-ils pas press\u00e9s de rentrer dans leur patrie parce que c\u2019est elle qui a d\u00e9clench\u00e9 la guerre ? Au demeurant, ils sont bien log\u00e9s, disposent de tout le n\u00e9cessaire et s\u00e9journent de leur plein gr\u00e9 dans un h\u00f4tel. \u00c0 la centrale nucl\u00e9aire de Zaporijjia, en revanche, se trouvent bien 11 sp\u00e9cialistes nucl\u00e9aires repr\u00e9sentant Rosatom, l\u2019op\u00e9rateur nucl\u00e9aire russe, qui n\u2019ont assur\u00e9ment \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s par personne. Ce sont eux qui sont entr\u00e9s dans la centrale avec l\u2019aide des forces d\u2019invasion russes et y restent ill\u00e9gitimement. Il faut donc garder cela \u00e0 l\u2019esprit lorsqu\u2019on partage des informations sur des \u00ab otages \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Infox : la Russie cr\u00e9e un corridor humanitaire pour permettre \u00e0 67 navires \u00e9trangers de quitter les ports ukrainiens. Pour l\u2019instant, les navires \u00e9trangers ne peuvent pas partir en raison de la menace des mines ukrainiennes et des bombardements.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As usual, Russia keeps trying to rescue someone and offer a helping hand, even when it\u2019s not asked to as this hand is drenched in blood. Everyone has long gone wary of its \u201ccorridors.\u201d Now it\u2019s the ships that Russia is going to \u201crescue\u201d from Ukrainian ports. And before that, Russians trumpeted that the Ukrainians had mined the sea area and that now 420 of them are set adrift in the Black Sea. Well, it\u2019s a liar-liar-pants-on-fire situation&#8230; This is a traditional move on the part of the Russians \u2013 to scream that someone\u2019s committing a crime to drive all suspicions away from themselves. First of all, where did they get such accurate data on the number of drifting mines? How can anyone count them and be aware of their location? It\u2019s very simple, in fact, for someone who actually planted those mines. This implies that it\u2019s Russia\u2019s dirty act \u2013 well, if it\u2019s not another fake story aimed to intimidate even more countries into halting all maritime traffic in the Black Sea. After all, Russia believes it\u2019s not only Ukraine and Russia that should be afraid, but also Bulgaria, Romania, and Turkey. After all, they are all NATO allies so let their anxiety grow, right? It might grow, indeed, not only over Russia\u2019s aggression but also of its stupidity. At the onset of war, there were about 80 vessels in Ukrainian ports, most of them foreign. Some were even attacked, one was drowned. Some crewmen were wounded and some were killed. Now that the mine threat has been voiced, the Kremlin, obviously, seeks to instill even more fear in the crews of foreign vessels so that they avoid not only Ukrainian ports but also those of Ukraine&#8217;s Black Sea neighbors. Meanwhile, playing its role of a \u201cliberator,\u201d Russia could indeed clear a safe corridor (by picking back up those 420 mines) to make sure everyone\u2019s grateful to them and make their lies more believable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Infox : les Russes trouvent des m\u00e9dailles ukrainiennes \u00ab Prise de la Crim\u00e9e \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So here comes yet another attempt at justifying Russia\u2019s \u201cspecial military operation\u201d in Ukraine, which is aimed to explain why it was urgent and inevitable. In fact, since the first days of war, the Russians have been told that Ukraine allegedly planned to regain the temporarily territories of Luhansk and Donetsk regions by force. The same allegedly applied to Crimea, illegally annexed by Russia. Also, propagandists claimed Ukraine was preparing to go to attack Russia or Belarus. Just like that. And so, Russia allegedly went for a \u201cpre-emptive strike\u201d by invading Ukraine! Now, the Kremlin\u2019s RT agency posted on its Telegram channel a photo of what is claimed to be the \u201cCapture of Crimea\u201d medals that the Ukrainians had already minted. Now netizens are actively circulating across social networks the photos of these \u201cmedals,\u201d allegedly discovered at a military draft station in parts of Kherson region now occupied by Russian forces. The Russians also claim the exact dates of this Ukrainian \u201coperation\u201d are known: Ukraine allegedly planned to regain Crimea in the spring of 2022, with the support of NATO allies. The ridiculous part of the fake story is the number of mistakes the Russian masterminds made in crating these \u201cawards.\u201d The \u201ccertificate\u201d handed along with the medal says it was issued by the presidential \u201corder\u201d (I reality, it should be a \u201cdecree\u201d). Also, Zelensky&#8217;s initials are printed as \u201cV.A.\u201d, while in Ukrainian it\u2019s \u201cV.O.\u201d Also, the quality of paper used to print the certificate out is so poor it doesn\u2019t even stand criticism. The certificate also lack a serial number and a stamp, but that\u2019s not all\u2026 The very wording of the medal name is dubious. Had Ukraine wanted to produce such medals, they would say \u201cLiberation\u201d, not \u201cCapture.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Infox : des \u00ab nationalistes \u00bb tirent sur des civils \u00e0 Tchernihiv parce qu\u2019ils demandent \u00e0 fuir la ville<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><\/a>Dans leur dernier rapport, des responsables russes de la d\u00e9fense racontent une nouvelle histoire d\u2019horreur sur les \u00ab nationalistes \u00bb ukrainiens, affirmant cette fois qu\u2019ils tirent sur des civils \u00e0 Tchernihiv qui demandent l\u2019autorisation de quitter la ville pour des zones plus s\u00fbres. Ils pr\u00e9tendent aussi que plus de la moiti\u00e9 des 120 000 habitants rest\u00e9s dans la ville sont malades et ne re\u00e7oivent aucune aide m\u00e9dicale. Mais \u00e0 qui la faute si ces personnes ne peuvent pas recevoir des soins m\u00e9dicaux appropri\u00e9s ? N\u2019est-ce pas en raison des efforts de \u00ab lib\u00e9ration \u00bb de la Russie que les h\u00f4pitaux de Tchernihiv, comme le reste de la ville, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 priv\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ? Avant l\u2019invasion, la ville \u00e9tait prosp\u00e8re, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que ces \u00ab lib\u00e9rateurs \u00bb russes arrivent pour tenter de l\u2019assi\u00e9ger. D\u2019ailleurs, Tchernihiv est l\u2019une des grandes villes ukrainiennes g\u00e9ographiquement relativement proches de la Russie, et ses habitants \u00e9taient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement bien dispos\u00e9s envers les Russes. Aujourd\u2019hui, leur position est tout autre. Pourtant, la propagande russe tente de convaincre sa propre population, notamment au moyen de telles histoires d\u2019horreur, que les habitants de Tchernihiv devaient \u00eatre lib\u00e9r\u00e9s du joug de monstrueux nationalistes\u2026 Vous vous souvenez des personnes tu\u00e9es alors qu\u2019elles faisaient la queue pour du pain ? On a dit aux Russes que les forces d\u2019invasion n\u2019\u00e9taient pas responsables de cette atrocit\u00e9. On leur dit maintenant que les nationalistes tirent sur leurs propres concitoyens. Toutes ces affirmations des responsables russes de la d\u00e9fense visent \u00e0 intimider leurs propres citoyens et \u00e0 les convaincre que la guerre est juste. Selon la logique du gouvernement russe, tous ceux qui soutiennent l\u2019Ukraine sont des nazis. Pourtant, 141 \u00c9tats membres de l\u2019ONU la soutiennent, tout comme le pape, Elon Musk et le Comit\u00e9 olympique\u2026 Sont-ils tous nazis, eux aussi ? Ou bien est-ce, au contraire, en Russie que le nazisme a atteint une ampleur effrayante ? S\u2019est-il install\u00e9 dans les esprits russes ? Pendant ce temps, une v\u00e9ritable catastrophe se d\u00e9roule \u00e0 Tchernihiv, une ville d\u00e9sormais au bord de la survie, dont les faubourgs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ras\u00e9s par les tirs et les bombardements. La moiti\u00e9 de la population a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fui la ville et, parmi les 130 000 personnes restantes, beaucoup sont effectivement malades et affaiblies. Aujourd\u2019hui, Tchernihiv est compl\u00e8tement coup\u00e9e de Kyiv, car les Russes ont bombard\u00e9 le pont sur la Desna, qui servait \u00e0 acheminer l\u2019aide humanitaire vers la ville et \u00e0 \u00e9vacuer les civils. Les habitants disent maintenant que les Russes dressent des listes de civils \u00e0 \u00e9vacuer vers la r\u00e9gion russe de Koursk. Ainsi, apr\u00e8s avoir coup\u00e9 Tchernihiv de la capitale, les Russes ont pratiquement transform\u00e9 ses habitants en otages, les for\u00e7ant \u00e0 \u00eatre \u00e9vacu\u00e9s vers la Russie ; mais les habitants refusent toujours, bravant les menaces de repr\u00e9sailles.
