Dans son interview, Kyrylo Boudanov a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 l\u2019actualit\u00e9 et r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 des questions plus sp\u00e9cifiques sur l\u2019Am\u00e9rique latine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il a notamment indiqu\u00e9 que, si des informations font \u00e9tat de l\u2019absence d\u2019acheminement direct depuis l\u2019Am\u00e9rique latine vers la Russie de chars, d\u2019a\u00e9ronefs et d\u2019artillerie, des preuves montrent que certains composants \u00e9lectroniques int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 des munitions sont effectivement fournis, sans aller au-del\u00e0. Certaines entreprises fabriquent des pi\u00e8ces entrant dans la composition d\u2019armes et de drones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le chef du renseignement de d\u00e9fense de l\u2019Ukraine a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que tous les pays du monde devaient comprendre ce qui se passe dans notre pays. Il a soulign\u00e9 \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard que, si certains pays ont leur propre vision de cette guerre, un fait est incontestable : en 2014, en Crim\u00e9e, puis le 24 f\u00e9vrier 2022, les forces russes ont franchi la fronti\u00e8re et p\u00e9n\u00e9tr\u00e9 en Ukraine. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un acte d\u2019agression contre un autre pays, un fait qui ne peut \u00eatre contest\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au cours de cette visite, les journalistes ont d\u00e9couvert comment le Quartier g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de coordination aide les familles et les proches des d\u00e9fenseurs ukrainiens captur\u00e9s ou port\u00e9s disparus, et comment il les conseille sur les questions juridiques et proc\u00e9durales li\u00e9es \u00e0 la d\u00e9tention d\u2019un militaire, ainsi que sur les obligations sociales de l\u2019\u00c9tat garanties en cas de captivit\u00e9. Ils ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s du soutien social et psychologique aux familles de d\u00e9fenseurs ukrainiens captur\u00e9s ou port\u00e9s disparus dans des circonstances particuli\u00e8res, ainsi que des diff\u00e9rences entre les m\u00e9canismes de d\u00e9tention et de traitement des prisonniers de guerre en Ukraine et en Russie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
