Le Transatlantic Dialogue Center<\/strong> (TDC) est un groupe de r\u00e9flexion non gouvernemental et non partisan, consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 favoriser un d\u00e9bat \u00e9clair\u00e9 et \u00e0 promouvoir des politiques fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es probantes face aux enjeux cruciaux de politique \u00e9trang\u00e8re.
