Il est \u00e9galement <\/span><b>chercheur associ\u00e9 du programme Paix et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au Global Governance Institute<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (GGI) et a auparavant \u00e9t\u00e9 coordinateur du programme Ukraine du GGI.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ses activit\u00e9s professionnelles sont ax\u00e9es sur la recherche et l\u2019analyse des politiques relatives \u00e0 la d\u00e9fense et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 europ\u00e9ennes, aux relations transatlantiques ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9largissement de l\u2019UE et de l\u2019OTAN. Il contribue \u00e0 ces travaux par des publications d\u2019analyse, des commentaires d\u2019expert et sa participation \u00e0 des discussions et \u00e0 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements consacr\u00e9s aux politiques publiques.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Auparavant, Vitalii a travaill\u00e9 comme <\/span><b>chercheur au Hague Research Institute for Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus &amp; Central Asia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, o\u00f9 il s\u2019est consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne, \u00e0 la politique de d\u00e9fense et aux \u00e9volutions en Europe de l\u2019Est, en Ukraine et en Russie. Il a \u00e9galement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019<\/span><b>\u00e9quipe de recherche sur les affaires de l\u2019UE du groupe de r\u00e9flexion The New Global Order<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Plus t\u00f4t dans sa carri\u00e8re, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 stagiaire au <\/span><b>minist\u00e8re des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res d\u2019Ukraine<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> et stagiaire analyste OSINT au sein de la start-up fran\u00e7aise Everdian.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ses int\u00e9r\u00eats de recherche portent sur l\u2019ordre international, la comp\u00e9tition entre grandes puissances, la grande strat\u00e9gie, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 transatlantique et les politiques d\u2019\u00e9largissement de l\u2019UE et de l\u2019OTAN.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vitalii est titulaire d\u2019une licence en relations internationales de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 nationale Ivan Franko de Lviv, avec une sp\u00e9cialisation en politique \u00e9trang\u00e8re et en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale, ainsi que d\u2019un master en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 internationale de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Groningue (Pays-Bas).
