Esto se establece en la Declaraci\u00f3n Final adoptada de la Conferencia, dijo el Primer Ministro de Ucrania, Denys Shmyhal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cJefes de Estado y de Gobierno, ministros y representantes de alto rango se comprometieron a apoyar a Ucrania en su camino hacia la recuperaci\u00f3n, desde el principio hasta la recuperaci\u00f3n a largo plazo. En nombre de todo el pueblo ucraniano, quiero agradecerles por eso\u201d, dijo Denys Shmyhal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Primer Ministro se\u00f1al\u00f3 que todos los participantes altamente respetados de la Conferencia apoyaron la creaci\u00f3n de una plataforma de coordinaci\u00f3n entre el Gobierno de Ucrania y todos los socios, organizaciones financieras internacionales bilaterales y multilaterales para la preparaci\u00f3n e implementaci\u00f3n del Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn solo 6 semanas, junto con m\u00e1s de 3000 expertos, funcionarios y parlamentarios, desarrollamos reformas y propusimos proyectos innovadores en 24 direcciones. Y por ello tambi\u00e9n quiero agradecer a todos los que ya se han sumado al trabajo del Plan de Recuperaci\u00f3n\u201d, ha subrayado el Jefe de Gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denys Shmyhal tambi\u00e9n anunci\u00f3 que el trabajo sobre la implementaci\u00f3n del Plan de Recuperaci\u00f3n comenzar\u00eda hoy, durante la mesa redonda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n de session de la Conferencia de Recuperaci\u00f3n, el presidente de Suiza, Ignazio Cassis, enfatiz\u00f3 que la base de la declaraci\u00f3n son los siete principios de Lugano, que determinan los criterios y m\u00e9todos de recuperaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los participantes de la Conferencia han aprobado los siguientes principios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Asociaci\u00f3n. Ucrania liderar\u00e1 el proceso de recuperaci\u00f3n y lo implementar\u00e1 en asociaci\u00f3n con sus socios internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Enfoque de reforma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Transparencia, rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y estado de derecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Participaci\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Participaci\u00f3n de m\u00faltiples partes interesadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Igualdad de g\u00e9nero e inclusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.
