El 15 de diciembre de 2025, el Foro de Debate Checo-Ucraniano 2025: Superar los desaf\u00edos<\/strong> se celebr\u00f3 en la Academia Diplom\u00e1tica de Ucrania en Kyiv, reuniendo a expertos ucranianos y checos para debatir los principales desaf\u00edos de seguridad a los que se enfrentan Ucrania y Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el marco del Foro, Marianna Fakhurdinova, coordinadora del Programa de Asociaci\u00f3n UE-Ucrania<\/a> del Transatlantic Dialogue Center,<\/strong> moder\u00f3 el panel \u00abNecesidades de seguridad, OTAN y apoyo checo\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

El debate se centr\u00f3 en las necesidades de seguridad de Ucrania, la cooperaci\u00f3n con la OTAN y el papel de la Rep\u00fablica Checa en el apoyo a Ucrania en un entorno de seguridad cada vez m\u00e1s complejo. Los participantes abordaron el impacto de los cambios en la din\u00e1mica transatl\u00e1ntica, incluido el reajuste de la postura de seguridad de Estados Unidos, as\u00ed como las crecientes amenazas que Rusia y China plantean para la seguridad europea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se prest\u00f3 especial atenci\u00f3n al papel activo de Chequia en seis coaliciones de capacidades del UDCG<\/strong> y a las cuestiones relativas a la sostenibilidad del apoyo militar a Ucrania en el contexto de posibles cambios pol\u00edticos internos en la Rep\u00fablica Checa, incluida la posible participaci\u00f3n en iniciativas como PURL<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El panel tambi\u00e9n examin\u00f3 las dimensiones pr\u00e1cticas de la cooperaci\u00f3n bilateral en materia de defensa. Los debates abarcaron los esfuerzos conjuntos de producci\u00f3n de munici\u00f3n de Czechoslovak Group<\/strong> y Ukrainska Bronetechnica<\/strong>, las carencias de capacidades m\u00e1s urgentes de Ucrania y las oportunidades para profundizar la cooperaci\u00f3n industrial con socios checos, incluso mediante mecanismos como SAFE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En su papel de moderadora, Marianna Fakhurd\u00ednova<\/strong> orient\u00f3 el debate hacia conclusiones relevantes para las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, haciendo hincapi\u00e9 en la importancia de armonizar las prioridades de seguridad ucranianas y checas, reforzar la cooperaci\u00f3n en materia de defensa y traducir el di\u00e1logo estrat\u00e9gico en resultados pr\u00e1cticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
