UU.-Ucrania, con estudiantes del IIR durante la sesi\u00f3n inicial de trabajo en el TDC<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>El Instituto de Relaciones Internacionales de la Universidad Nacional Taras Shevchenko de Kyiv (IIR)<\/em> ha puesto en marcha el <strong>IIR Policy Lab<\/strong> junto con <em>el Consejo de Pol\u00edtica Exterior \u00abUkrainian Prism\u00bb<\/em>, <em>el Consejo de Seguridad Econ\u00f3mica de Ucrania (ESCU) y el Transatlantic Dialogue Center (TDC).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El IIR Policy Lab es un <strong>intensivo anal\u00edtico de tres semanas<\/strong> en el que estudiantes seleccionados y altamente motivados del IIR trabajan en equipos sobre <strong>encargos reales de organizaciones socias<\/strong>. A lo largo del programa, los participantes desarrollan documentos de pol\u00edtica estructurados y presentan sus conclusiones durante una defensa final ante profesionales del sector. El Policy Lab est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para reproducir <strong>los flujos de trabajo profesionales <\/strong>de un centro de pensamiento: desde el dise\u00f1o de la investigaci\u00f3n y la recopilaci\u00f3n de evidencia hasta la elaboraci\u00f3n de productos anal\u00edticos y la presentaci\u00f3n de conclusiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El 12 de mayo de 2026<\/strong>, el Transatlantic Dialogue Center acogi\u00f3 al equipo de estudiantes para una <strong>sesi\u00f3n inicial de trabajo <\/strong>destinada a configurar y planificar el flujo de trabajo del proyecto. Durante la reuni\u00f3n, los participantes definieron el marco general, acordaron las herramientas de trabajo m\u00e1s eficaces, discutieron los mensajes clave y los canales de comunicaci\u00f3n, y dieron forma al primer conjunto de tareas y entregables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como parte del encargo pr\u00e1ctico del TDC, los estudiantes desarrollar\u00e1n <strong>un estudio de caso<\/strong> centrado en transformar la investigaci\u00f3n en productos de pol\u00edtica aplicables y comunicaciones estrat\u00e9gicas relacionadas con la <strong>iniciativa del \u00abDrone Deal\u00bb entre Estados Unidos y Ucrania<\/strong>.
