Como resultado, <strong>la respuesta parece incoherente<\/strong>: algunos pa\u00edses detienen buques vinculados a la \u00abflota fantasma\u00bb rusa, mientras que otros no lo hacen; de manera similar, no hubo una respuesta unificada y firme a las incursiones de drones rusos en el espacio a\u00e9reo de la UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Fakhurdinova tambi\u00e9n abord\u00f3 el debate sobre la autonom\u00eda estrat\u00e9gica de Europa. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que <em>un alejamiento completo del armamento estadounidense y una r\u00e1pida sustituci\u00f3n del papel de Estados Unidos no son escenarios realistas<\/em> en esta etapa. Esto incluye capacidades cr\u00edticas como los sistemas de defensa a\u00e9rea Patriot, los sistemas de misiles de largo alcance, la log\u00edstica, la inteligencia y el paraguas nuclear estadounidense. Estos elementos desempe\u00f1an actualmente un papel central no solo en el apoyo a Ucrania, sino tambi\u00e9n en el sostenimiento de la arquitectura m\u00e1s amplia de la seguridad europea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Al mismo tiempo, Fakhurdinova se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Europa est\u00e1 desarrollando gradualmente sus propias capacidades de defensa, pero que se trata de un proceso largo y complejo que depende en gran medida de la voluntad pol\u00edtica de cada Estado.
