El 5 de marzo de 2026, Alina Rohach, Gestora de proyectos del Programa de Cooperaci\u00f3n para Espa\u00f1a y Latinoam\u00e9rica en el Transatlantic Dialogue Center, particip\u00f3 en una entrevista radiof\u00f3nica en El Heraldo Radio, conducida por Oscar Mario Beteta, para discutir una de las cuestiones m\u00e1s controvertidas en los debates actuales sobre el fin de la guerra: la viabilidad y las consecuencias de los llamados \u00abcompromisos territoriales\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n

Rohach expuso por qu\u00e9 Ucrania rechaza las concesiones territoriales y subray\u00f3 que ceder territorio no aborda las causas profundas del conflicto. En cambio, argument\u00f3 que este enfoque corre el riesgo de consolidar una inestabilidad a largo plazo al normalizar la agresi\u00f3n y recompensar el uso de la fuerza como instrumento de pol\u00edtica, con consecuencias para la seguridad que se extienden mucho m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de Ucrania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La conversaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n examin\u00f3 el papel de Estados Unidos en las negociaciones y su capacidad de influencia en la configuraci\u00f3n de los resultados. Rohach se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la posici\u00f3n de Washington influye en los par\u00e1metros de presi\u00f3n sobre las partes, en el marco general de negociaci\u00f3n y en el margen pr\u00e1ctico para posibles acuerdos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
