{"id":35216,"date":"2026-03-06T19:12:47","date_gmt":"2026-03-06T17:12:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tdcenter.org\/?p=35216"},"modified":"2026-04-01T20:09:29","modified_gmt":"2026-04-01T17:09:29","slug":"tdc-puebla-secretariats-meetings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tdcenter.org\/es\/2026\/03\/06\/tdc-puebla-secretariats-meetings\/","title":{"rendered":"Reuniones en Puebla con autoridades locales: prioridades humanitarias, protecci\u00f3n de la infancia y cooperaci\u00f3n cultural"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 6 de marzo de 2026, en Puebla, una delegaci\u00f3n del Transatlantic Dialogue Center (TDC) y de la International Renaissance Foundation (IRF) celebr\u00f3 reuniones de trabajo con la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Trabajo de Puebla y la Secretar\u00eda de Cultura de Puebla en el marco de la visita de incidencia en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La delegaci\u00f3n del TDC y de la IRF incluy\u00f3 a Oleksandr Slyvchuk (Coordinador del Programa de Cooperaci\u00f3n para Espa\u00f1a y Latinoam\u00e9rica, TDC), Alina Rohach (Gestora de proyectos del Programa de Cooperaci\u00f3n para Espa\u00f1a y Latinoam\u00e9rica, TDC), Bohdana Batsko (Asistente de proyectos del Programa de Cooperaci\u00f3n para Espa\u00f1a y Latinoam\u00e9rica, TDC) y Olha Kvashuk (Gerente del Programa \u00abEuropa y el Mundo\u00bb, IRF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ambas reuniones, la discusi\u00f3n abord\u00f3 la perspectiva de la sociedad civil ucraniana sobre las perspectivas de paz, la situaci\u00f3n actual en Kyiv y en toda Ucrania, y el impacto de la guerra en la poblaci\u00f3n civil, con especial atenci\u00f3n al secuestro documentado de m\u00e1s de 20.000 ni\u00f1os ucranianos y al papel de la Coalici\u00f3n Internacional para el Retorno de los Ni\u00f1os Ucranianos en la configuraci\u00f3n de una acci\u00f3n humanitaria coordinada. Los participantes tambi\u00e9n abordaron la importancia de implicar a las autoridades locales en la cooperaci\u00f3n humanitaria con Ucrania, incluida la promoci\u00f3n de la participaci\u00f3n a nivel nacional en la Coalici\u00f3n Internacional para el Retorno de los Ni\u00f1os Ucranianos. Fundada en 1646, es reconocida por la UNESCO como la primera y m\u00e1s antigua biblioteca p\u00fablica de las Am\u00e9ricas.
