El 5 de marzo de 2026, en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, el Transatlantic Dialogue Center (TDC) y la International Renaissance Foundation (IRF) celebraron una mesa redonda con el Consejo Mexicano de Asuntos Internacionales (COMEXI) para intercambiar puntos de vista sobre la guerra de Rusia contra Ucrania y sus implicaciones para la seguridad internacional y el orden internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La delegaci\u00f3n ucraniana incluy\u00f3 a Oleksandr Slyvchuk, Alina Rohach y Bohdana Batsko (TDC), as\u00ed como a Olha Kvashuk (IRF). La discusi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de cinco expertos afiliados a COMEXI: Alejandra L\u00f3pez de Alba G\u00f3mez, M\u00f3nica Laborda, Beata Wojna, Fernando Villar Montekio y Javier Jileta-Okholm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La mesa redonda abord\u00f3 \u00e1mbitos de inter\u00e9s com\u00fan, la relevancia geopol\u00edtica de la guerra, la situaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica de Europa y sus implicaciones m\u00e1s amplias, la importancia del apoyo de Estados Unidos a Ucrania y a la seguridad europea, as\u00ed como los desaf\u00edos relacionados con la celebraci\u00f3n de elecciones en Ucrania en tiempo de guerra. Los participantes tambi\u00e9n discutieron la situaci\u00f3n en Oriente Medio y su impacto en las din\u00e1micas globales, el estado de la sociedad ucraniana tras cuatro a\u00f1os de guerra a gran escala, y reflexiones sobre el proceso de paz y el papel que M\u00e9xico y Am\u00e9rica Latina pueden desempe\u00f1ar en la respuesta a este conflicto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
