Alina Rohach<\/strong>, Gerente de Proyecto del Programa de Cooperaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1a y Am\u00e9rica Latina<\/strong> del Transatlantic Dialogue Center<\/strong>, ofreci\u00f3 comentarios a Infobae (un medio l\u00edder en Am\u00e9rica Latina) sobre c\u00f3mo los ataques de Rusia contra la infraestructura energ\u00e9tica de Ucrania est\u00e1n transformando la vida civil en Kyiv en condiciones de fr\u00edo extremo durante el invierno.\u2060<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hablando desde Kyiv, describi\u00f3 c\u00f3mo las personas se ven obligadas a reorganizar rutinas b\u00e1sicas en torno a los cortes: a veces se despiertan a las 3\u20134 a. m. para ducharse, cargar los tel\u00e9fonos y preparar comida antes de volver a dormir, para luego ir a trabajar. Rohach tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 la vulnerabilidad que generan los sistemas centralizados de calefacci\u00f3n y electricidad: cuando la red se interrumpe, los departamentos se enfr\u00edan con rapidez y la temperatura interior puede caer hasta alrededor de 5\u00b0C o incluso menos, convirtiendo los hogares en \u201ccongeladores\u201d en cuesti\u00f3n de horas.\u2060<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al mismo tiempo, Rohach se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la gente encuentra formas de resistir: mantenerse en movimiento para conservar el calor, compartir recursos y sostener peque\u00f1as formas de apoyo comunitario. Sin embargo, advirti\u00f3 contra interpretar la adaptaci\u00f3n como normalizaci\u00f3n: sobrevivir a un invierno bajo cero sin electricidad, agua y calefacci\u00f3n estables no es una \u201cnueva normalidad\u201d, sino una prueba de estr\u00e9s extrema e impuesta deliberadamente, y esto refuerza la necesidad de una asistencia internacional sostenida.\u2060<\/p>\n\n\n\n
