Los participantes representaron a un grupo diverso de instituciones, entre ellas la <em>Universidad Argentina de la Empresa<\/em>, la <em>Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Santiago del Estero<\/em>, la <em>Universidad del CEMA<\/em> y la <em>Universidad del Salvador<\/em> en Argentina; la <em>Universidad de Concepci\u00f3n<\/em> y la <em>Universidad Diego Portales<\/em> en Chile; y la <em>Universidad Nacional Pedro Ruiz Gallo<\/em> en Per\u00fa. Los pasantes llevaron a cabo varias etapas de investigaci\u00f3n, comenzando con la recopilaci\u00f3n de datos y el monitoreo de medios rusos, ucranianos y latinoamericanos en espa\u00f1ol. Analizaron temas dominantes, tono, encuadre emocional y patrones narrativos. En las etapas siguientes, elaboraron una evaluaci\u00f3n preliminar y una matriz comparativa que examin\u00f3 diferencias y similitudes entre fuentes, incluida la presentaci\u00f3n visual, la carga emocional y las t\u00e9cnicas de manipulaci\u00f3n. La fase final incluy\u00f3 encuestas y verificaci\u00f3n a nivel de campo para comprender c\u00f3mo las audiencias en Argentina, Chile y Per\u00fa perciben e internalizan estas narrativas. Tambi\u00e9n apoyaron la edici\u00f3n de las versiones en espa\u00f1ol de dos importantes documentos anal\u00edticos del TDC, <strong><em>\u201c\u00bfPuede SAFE hacer que Ucrania sea m\u00e1s segura? Perspectivas sobre el nuevo instrumento financiero europeo\u201d<\/em><\/strong> y <strong><em>\u201cEl papel de Rusia en el orden mundial de posguerra. \u00bfC\u00f3mo evolucionar\u00e1 la posici\u00f3n de Rusia en el Sur Global y dentro de las instituciones internacionales?\u201d<\/em><\/strong>. Para muchos, fue su primer acercamiento estructurado al an\u00e1lisis comparado de medios y a la comunicaci\u00f3n internacional. Como se\u00f1al\u00f3 <strong>Ana Karla Bogoliuk<\/strong>, estudiante de Gobierno y Relaciones Internacionales en la <em>Universidad Argentina de la Empresa<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEsta pasant\u00eda nos ha provisto a todos los participantes la oportunidad de profundizar nuestros conocimientos respecto de la comunicaci\u00f3n internacional en el siglo XXI, la proliferaci\u00f3n de \u201cfake news\u201d y propaganda, la composici\u00f3n del espacio medi\u00e1tico latinoamericano, los h\u00e1bitos informativos y las opiniones de la poblaci\u00f3n, la identificaci\u00f3n de narrativas, as\u00ed como del caso analizado (la guerra entre Rusia y Ucrania), su trasfondo y la lucha que tambi\u00e9n se libra en el espacio informativo\u201c.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Del mismo modo, <strong>Jes\u00fas Gonz\u00e1lez Parada<\/strong>, graduado en Ciencias Pol\u00edticas y Administrativas de la <em>Universidad de Concepci\u00f3n<\/em>, subray\u00f3 la dimensi\u00f3n personal del programa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cM\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los hallazgos acad\u00e9micos, esta experiencia fue profundamente enriquecedora a nivel personal. Me permiti\u00f3 generar nuevo conocimiento, desarrollar un pensamiento cr\u00edtico sobre la comunicaci\u00f3n internacional, pero por sobre todo, conectar con un equipo, que en buen chileno se puede definir como \u201cbac\u00e1n\u201d, un equipo en donde la distancia geogr\u00e1fica desapareci\u00f3 frente a la colaboraci\u00f3n, dando paso a una fraternidad que trasciende fronteras\u201c.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El programa mostr\u00f3 c\u00f3mo las perspectivas latinoamericanas enriquecen la comprensi\u00f3n de las din\u00e1micas informativas globales. Los participantes aplicaron la experiencia regional con la fragmentaci\u00f3n medi\u00e1tica, las narrativas en transici\u00f3n y la resiliencia c\u00edvica para interpretar c\u00f3mo se construyen y se disputan los mensajes en competencia sobre Ucrania en el mundo hispanohablante.
