Se\u00f1al\u00f3 c\u00f3mo han cambiado las prioridades internas, c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 evolucionando el clima de opini\u00f3n tras a\u00f1os de debate constitucional y c\u00f3mo estas transformaciones internas se entrecruzan con las decisiones de pol\u00edtica exterior de Chile, incluida su constante postura de apoyo a Ucrania en Am\u00e9rica Latina.
