El 10 de abril de 2025, el Centro de Di\u00e1logo Transatl\u00e1ntico y el Centro de Derechos Humanos ZMINA organizaron un enriquecedor di\u00e1logo con estudiantes en la Universidad del Desarrollo en Santiago de Chile. Este evento form\u00f3 parte de un esfuerzo m\u00e1s amplio por fortalecer la comprensi\u00f3n internacional sobre los desaf\u00edos actuales y las perspectivas futuras de Ucrania, especialmente entre la pr\u00f3xima generaci\u00f3n de l\u00edderes en Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La conversaci\u00f3n abarc\u00f3 una amplia gama de temas, desde los cambios en el panorama de la seguridad global hasta el lenguaje que utilizamos para describir la guerra y la paz. Los ponentes presentaron el concepto de la \"nueva normalidad\" en el contexto de una guerra a gran escala, ilustrando c\u00f3mo la sociedad ucraniana ha tenido que adaptarse a amenazas diarias frente a la agresi\u00f3n. Se prest\u00f3 especial atenci\u00f3n a las violaciones de derechos humanos en los territorios temporalmente ocupados por Rusia. Los representantes de ZMINA compartieron testimonios directos sobre las pr\u00e1cticas represivas implementadas por las autoridades rusas en estas zonas, incluyendo desapariciones forzadas, represi\u00f3n de la identidad ucraniana y restricciones a la libertad de expresi\u00f3n y de reuni\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
