El 11 de abril de 2025, Oleksandr Slyvchuk, Coordinador del Programa de Cooperaci\u00f3n para Espa\u00f1a y Latinoam\u00e9rica, se reuni\u00f3 en Santiago con representantes de la Academia de Guerra del Ej\u00e9rcito de Chile. Organizada con el apoyo de su Centro de Estudios Estrat\u00e9gicos, la reuni\u00f3n congreg\u00f3 a expertos en defensa, seguridad y asuntos estrat\u00e9gicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la sesi\u00f3n, Oleksandr Slyvchuk present\u00f3 una detallada ponencia en la que analiz\u00f3 la guerra de Rusia contra Ucrania. Su an\u00e1lisis abord\u00f3 tanto los elementos t\u00e1cticos como las innovaciones tecnol\u00f3gicas que configuran la guerra contempor\u00e1nea. El discurso proporcion\u00f3 a los asistentes una mejor comprensi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de la guerra a trav\u00e9s de una perspectiva internacional informada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
