En su art\u00edculo, Rohach examina los precedentes hist\u00f3ricos en los que la paz se alcanz\u00f3 mediante concesiones y no mediante la justicia, argumentando que tales compromisos s\u00f3lo han conducido a mayores conflictos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estableciendo paralelismos con acontecimientos pasados, Rohach advierte contra la repetici\u00f3n de los errores del apaciguamiento, citando el Acuerdo de M\u00fanich de 1938 y la d\u00e9bil respuesta internacional a la anexi\u00f3n rusa de Crimea en 2014 como ejemplos de c\u00f3mo el hecho de no responsabilizar a los agresores no hace sino envalentonar nuevas violaciones.
