El 5 de febrero, una delegaci\u00f3n de expertos espa\u00f1oles en seguridad y estrategia se reuni\u00f3 con el Secretario del Consejo Nacional de Seguridad y Defensa (NSDC) de Ucrania, Oleksandr Lytvynenko. Durante la reuni\u00f3n, el debate se centr\u00f3 en la naturaleza y las caracter\u00edsticas de la guerra ruso-ucraniana. Oleksandr Lytvynenko destac\u00f3 c\u00f3mo las previsiones anal\u00edticas iniciales fallaron a la hora de predecir el curso real de los acontecimientos, en particular la idea err\u00f3nea de que Kyiv caer\u00eda en tres d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
