Del 15 al 19 de septiembre de 2024, una delegaci\u00f3n de 15 miembros y personal del Bundestag, encabezada por Nils Gr\u00fcnder (FDP), visit\u00f3 Kyiv. El objetivo de esta visita era transmitir las actuales necesidades militares y humanitarias de Ucrania, as\u00ed como debatir la situaci\u00f3n en el frente y las amenazas que plantea la agresi\u00f3n rusa. La ONG ucraniana \u201cTransatlantic Dialogue Center\u201d colabora con la organizaci\u00f3n asociada \u201cLibMod\u201d para promover la comunicaci\u00f3n y difundir informaci\u00f3n objetiva sobre el conflicto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El primer d\u00eda, la delegaci\u00f3n se reuni\u00f3 con la Comisi\u00f3n de Energ\u00eda, Vivienda y Servicios Comunales de la Rada Suprema (el Parlamento) de Ucrania. Esta reuni\u00f3n proporcion\u00f3 a los participantes informaci\u00f3n valiosa sobre el estado actual del sistema energ\u00e9tico ucraniano, el impacto de los ataques rusos, el proceso de preparaci\u00f3n para el invierno y las necesidades urgentes del sector.<\/p>\n\n\n

En la reuni\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n participaron representantes de la Oficina de Apoyo a la Reforma del Ministerio de Defensa de Ucrania, Yuliia Marushevska y Taras Doronuk. Una parte importante del programa fue la visita a la regi\u00f3n de Chernihiv. La delegaci\u00f3n visit\u00f3 el pueblo de Yahidne, donde los soldados rusos retuvieron a 368 residentes, casi toda la poblaci\u00f3n del pueblo, en una escuela como \u201cescudos humanos\u201d durante m\u00e1s de un mes en marzo de 2022. Un sistema solar reci\u00e9n instalado, con 108 paneles solares y una unidad de almacenamiento de energ\u00eda, alimentar\u00e1 el equipo m\u00e9dico cr\u00edtico del departamento quir\u00fargico y contribuir\u00e1 a la independencia energ\u00e9tica del centro.<\/p>\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, la delegaci\u00f3n se reuni\u00f3 con Vyacheslav Chaus, jefe de la administraci\u00f3n militar regional de Chernihiv. Hizo hincapi\u00e9 en la necesidad de plantas de cogeneraci\u00f3n y sistemas de defensa antia\u00e9rea para las infraestructuras civiles, a fin de facilitar el regreso de los ni\u00f1os a la escuela y estabilizar la econom\u00eda local.<\/p>\n\n\n

Esta visita no s\u00f3lo pretend\u00eda ilustrar la situaci\u00f3n sobre el terreno, sino tambi\u00e9n reforzar el apoyo de Alemania a Ucrania en estos tiempos dif\u00edciles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Un acontecimiento destacado del tercer d\u00eda fue la reuni\u00f3n con Dmytro Lubinets, comisario de Derechos Humanos del Parlamento ucraniano. El Defensor del Pueblo comparti\u00f3 informaci\u00f3n cr\u00edtica sobre los prisioneros de guerra ucranianos, la deportaci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1os y la situaci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos en los territorios temporalmente ocupados.
