Los expertos del TDC Oleksandr Slyvchuk y Alina Rohach participaron en seminarios internacionales en la Universidad de Concepci\u00f3n en Chile.<\/p>\n\n\n

El Centro de Estudios Europeos (CEE), con el liderazgo de la Dra. Paulina Astroza Su\u00e1rez, acad\u00e9mica del Departamento de Derecho P\u00fablico de la Facultad, organiz\u00f3 tres seminarios internacionales con el objetivo de comprender y generar conciencia sobre los impactos humanitarios de la guerra en Ucrania. Estos eventos se realizaron en Santiago, Campus Concepci\u00f3n y Campus Chill\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El debate se centr\u00f3 principalmente en el impacto directo que la invasi\u00f3n rusa de Ucrania ha tenido sobre los ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes ucranianos. Para ofrecer una visi\u00f3n integral, se abordaron tanto las implicaciones jur\u00eddicas y humanitarias de la guerra como las experiencias personales de los ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes afectados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oleksandr Slyvchuk y Alina Rohach presentaron datos duros sobre la realidad que vive Ucrania a causa de la guerra. Los comentarios estuvieron a cargo de Andrea Ar\u00edstegui, periodista y coautora del libro \u201cMiradas Perdidas, historia de reporteros chilenos en la guerra de Ucrania\u201d, Gonzalo Montaner, periodista y coautor del mismo libro y Francisco Cox, abogado especialista en Derecho Internacional Humanitario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Entre los asistentes podemos destacar la presencia de Quentin Weiler, encargado de Negocios de la Uni\u00f3n Europea en Chile y Hugo Jofr\u00e9, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Chilena de Ciencia Pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uno de los momentos m\u00e1s destacados fue la participaci\u00f3n de la Embajadora del Reino Unido, Sra. Louise de Sousa. El Reino Unido, como parte esencial de la coalici\u00f3n internacional que apoya a Ucrania, ha desempe\u00f1ado un papel activo en los \u00e1mbitos diplom\u00e1tico, militar y humanitario, especialmente en relaci\u00f3n con la protecci\u00f3n y el retorno de los ni\u00f1os afectados por la guerra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Los an\u00e1lisis presentados revelan que Ucrania est\u00e1 perdiendo a su juventud, ya que miles de ni\u00f1os y adolescentes se han visto obligados a huir del pa\u00eds y se han convertido en refugiados en Europa y otros lugares. Otro tema muy delicado es la deportaci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1os ucranianos al territorio de Rusia y Bielorrusia, que supone un gran desaf\u00edo para el futuro de Ucrania, porque existe el peligro de perder una gran parte de una generaci\u00f3n, con repercusiones a largo plazo tanto para el pa\u00eds como para la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los seminarios no s\u00f3lo proporcionaron informaci\u00f3n detallada sobre la situaci\u00f3n en Ucrania, sino que tambi\u00e9n tuvieron como objetivo crear conciencia entre el p\u00fablico local sobre las repercusiones globales de esta guerra y la relevancia de la paz a escala internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
