Junto con Olevs Nikers, Presidente de la Fundaci\u00f3n B\u00e1ltica para la Seguridad, habl\u00f3 de la seguridad regional, el escenario de la frontera entre Rusia y Finlandia tras la adhesi\u00f3n a la OTAN y la posible inestabilidad entre Rusia y un nuevo miembro de la OTAN. A pesar de las crecientes amenazas y de la escalada ret\u00f3rica de Mosc\u00fa, el relato del Ministro de Asuntos Exteriores finland\u00e9s pone de relieve una observaci\u00f3n intrigante: La presencia de tropas rusas es notablemente escasa en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su discurso, el Sr. Rishko hizo hincapi\u00e9 en la retirada de las fuerzas rusas de varias zonas estrat\u00e9gicas, entre ellas Finlandia y las frontera ruso-china, y la retirada de las \"fuerzas de mantenimiento de la paz\" de Nagorno-Karabaj.
