Los invasores rusos bloquean deliberadamente localidades para crear las condiciones de una cat\u00e1strofe humanitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Soldados rusos capturados admiten que, antes de invadir Ucrania, recibieron \u00f3rdenes de no dejar salir a los civiles de las localidades sitiadas, para utilizarlos como \u00abescudos humanos\u00bb y paralizar al ej\u00e9rcito ucraniano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Los rusos tambi\u00e9n intentan establecer un bloqueo alimentario, \u00abrendir por hambre\u00bb a las localidades, crear condiciones insoportables para sus habitantes y provocar p\u00e1nico y caos en las calles. Numerosos puestos de control establecidos por toda Ucrania contribuyen involuntariamente a estos esfuerzos del enemigo: reducen considerablemente la capacidad de circulaci\u00f3n de las carreteras, lo que a su vez retrasa mucho el suministro de alimentos. Ya se observa escasez de alimentos en ciudades alejadas de la zona inmediata de guerra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Los rusos buscan provocar una crisis alimentaria y una escasez cr\u00edtica de combustible en toda Ucrania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Los rusos utilizan los llamados \u00abcorredores humanitarios\u00bb para irrumpir en las localidades, empleando a la poblaci\u00f3n civil como \u00abescudo humano\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">La situaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil se observa ahora en Mari\u00fapol y Berdiansk. Estas localidades no tienen en estos momentos calefacci\u00f3n centralizada ni electricidad, mientras se agotan las reservas de alimentos. Ya hay casos de muerte por inanici\u00f3n. Las tropas rusas bloquean estas ciudades para acabar doblegando la resistencia del ej\u00e9rcito ucraniano con el pretexto de \u00absalvar vidas civiles\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Para Rusia es de suma importancia hacerse con el control total de toda la costa del mar de Azov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Seg\u00fan las previsiones meteorol\u00f3gicas, se esperan fuertes heladas en el este de Ucrania, con temperaturas del aire que descender\u00e1n hasta -20\u00b0C en algunas zonas.
