Am 04. Januar traf der FDP-Bundestagsabgeordnete Marcus Faber, Mitglied des Verteidigungsausschusses des Bundestages, mit Generalmajor Maksym Myrhorodskyj, Kommandeur der ukrainischen Luftstreitkr\u00e4fte, zusammen.<\/p>\n\n\n

Generalmajor Myrhorodskyj teilte seine Einsch\u00e4tzung der aktuellen Lage auf dem Schlachtfeld mit und sprach \u00fcber aktuelle Priorit\u00e4ten bei der Lieferung von Waffen und milit\u00e4rischem Ger\u00e4t. Marcus Faber sprach seinerseits \u00fcber m\u00f6gliche Bereiche der bilateralen Zusammenarbeit, die in naher Zukunft intensiviert werden k\u00f6nnen, und versicherte, dass Deutschland die Ukraine weiterhin unterst\u00fctzen werde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Der Bundestagsabgeordnete teilte seine Erwartungen an die f\u00fcr diese und n\u00e4chste Woche geplante Reise in die ukrainischen Frontgebiete mit und wies darauf hin, dass der russisch-ukrainische Krieg in den deutschen Medien und sozialen Netzwerken nicht ausreichend thematisiert werde. Marcus Faber h\u00e4lt es f\u00fcr besonders wichtig, die deutschen B\u00fcrger \u00fcber die Schrecken des Krieges zu informieren und sie davon zu \u00fcberzeugen, dass die Ukraine mehr Unterst\u00fctzung braucht.<\/p>\n\n\n

Im Rahmen des Besuchs \u00fcbergab der Bundestagsabgeordnete dem Kommando der Luftstreitkr\u00e4fte zehn Navigationssysteme. Im Gegenzug \u00fcberreichte Generalmajor Myrhorodskyj Marcus Faber und den Vertretern des Transatlantic Dialogue Center, die bei der Organisation dieses Treffens geholfen haben, Maksym Skryptschenko und Stepan Russyn, Erinnerungsst\u00fccke. <\/p>\n\n\n
