Die Plattform wurde vom National Interests Advocacy Network (ANTS) ins Leben gerufen, um die Zusammenarbeit zwischen der ukrainischen Zivilgesellschaft, staatlichen Institutionen, NATO-Vertreterinnen und -Vertretern sowie der breiteren Fachgemeinschaft f\u00fcr Sicherheit und Verteidigung zu st\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Netzwerk wurde im Juli 2026 in Kyjiw ins Leben gerufen. Es bringt Vertreterinnen und Vertreter der ukrainischen Regierung, der NATO, des Sicherheits- und Verteidigungssektors sowie von Thinktanks und zivilgesellschaftlichen Organisationen mit Veteraninnen und Veteranen und unabh\u00e4ngigen Fachleuten zusammen. Es bietet einen dauerhaften Rahmen f\u00fcr den strategischen Dialog und die Abstimmung konkreter Schritte auf dem Weg zur euroatlantischen Integration der Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Mittelpunkt der Arbeit des Netzwerks stehen zentrale Fragen auf dem Weg der Ukraine zur NATO-Mitgliedschaft. Dazu z\u00e4hlen Reformen im Sicherheits- und Verteidigungsbereich, die Interoperabilit\u00e4t mit dem B\u00fcndnis, Resilienz und Innovation sowie der Beitrag der Zivilgesellschaft zur Erarbeitung evidenzbasierter Politikempfehlungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Mit seiner Teilnahme wird <strong>Chebotarov<\/strong> die Expertise des TDC in den Bereichen transatlantische Sicherheit, Beziehungen zwischen den USA und der Ukraine, demokratische Resilienz und langfristige Sicherheitspolitik einbringen. Sein Engagement wird zudem die engere Abstimmung zwischen ukrainischen Fachleuten und Institutionen, NATO-Vertreterinnen und -Vertretern sowie internationalen Partnern f\u00f6rdern. So sollen die Erfahrungen der Ukraine an der Front und die Ergebnisse analytischer Arbeit in konkrete, umsetzbare Politikvorschl\u00e4ge einflie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">\u201eDie Integration der Ukraine in die NATO erfordert neben politischer Entschlossenheit auch eine kontinuierliche Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Staat, dem Sicherheits- und Verteidigungssektor und der Zivilgesellschaft. Das Konsultationsnetzwerk bietet einen wichtigen Rahmen, um aus dem fachlichen Dialog konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen zu entwickeln und die Partnerschaft zwischen der Ukraine und dem B\u00fcndnis zum beiderseitigen Nutzen zu st\u00e4rken\u201c, erkl\u00e4rte <strong>Maksym Chebotarov<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TDC unterstreicht mit seiner Beteiligung am Netzwerk sein Engagement f\u00fcr die euroatlantische Integration der Ukraine und die F\u00f6rderung evidenzbasierter Reformen.
