At present, virtually the entire combat-ready part of the invaders\u2019 army is concentrated on the territory of our state and in the border areas of Russia. They drove against Ukraine almost everyone and almost everything that can fight us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deshalb stellen wir uns in dieser Konfrontation, in dieser Verteidigung vor den Augen der ganzen Welt tats\u00e4chlich einer Armee entgegen, die als die zweit- oder drittst\u00e4rkste galt. Und die Art, wie unsere Streitkr\u00e4fte standhalten, wie sich unsere ganze Nation mutig verteidigt, zeigt, dass die ukrainische Armee schon lange einen h\u00f6heren Platz als die russische in den globalen Ranglisten verdient hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e4tten wir Zugang zu allen Waffen, die wir brauchen, \u00fcber die unsere Partner verf\u00fcgen und die mit den von der Russischen F\u00f6deration eingesetzten Waffen vergleichbar sind, h\u00e4tten wir diesen Krieg bereits beendet. Wir h\u00e4tten den Frieden bereits wiederhergestellt und unser Territorium von den Besatzern befreit. Denn die \u00dcberlegenheit des ukrainischen Milit\u00e4rs in Taktik und Weisheit ist ziemlich offensichtlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That is why I emphasize the simple truth in literally every contact with the leaders of the democratic world, in all negotiations, in all interviews &#8211; it is unfair that Ukraine is still forced to ask for what its partners have been storing somewhere for years. If they have the weapons that Ukraine needs here, needs now, if they have the ammunition that we need here and now, it is their moral duty first of all to help protect freedom. Help save the lives of thousands of Ukrainians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e4tten wir in der ersten Kriegswoche erhalten, was wir jetzt bekommen, w\u00e4re der Nutzen f\u00fcr die Ukraine und f\u00fcr die Freiheit in Europa gr\u00f6\u00dfer gewesen, da bin ich sicher. Jede Verz\u00f6gerung bei der Hilfe f\u00fcr die Ukraine gibt den Besatzern die M\u00f6glichkeit, noch mehr Ukrainerinnen und Ukrainer zu t\u00f6ten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Intensit\u00e4t des Beschusses durch russische Truppen in Richtung Charkiw, im Donbas und in der Region Dnipropetrowsk hat erheblich zugenommen. Gew\u00f6hnliche Wohninfrastruktur betrachten sie weiterhin als normale Ziele. In diesem Krieg wird sich die russische Armee f\u00fcr immer als vielleicht barbarischste und unmenschlichste Armee der Welt in die Weltgeschichte einschreiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die gezielte T\u00f6tung von Zivilisten, die Zerst\u00f6rung von Wohnvierteln und ziviler Infrastruktur, der Einsatz aller Arten von Waffen daf\u00fcr, einschlie\u00dflich der durch internationale Konventionen verbotenen, ist das Markenzeichen der russischen Armee. Und das ist eine Niedertracht, die den russischen Staat f\u00fcr Generationen als Quelle des absoluten B\u00f6sen kennzeichnen wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und wenn ein Sondertribunal eingerichtet wird, um alle f\u00fcr Kriegsverbrechen Verantwortlichen zu verurteilen, wird ein russischer Pass in jedem Land nur eines bedeuten: unmissverst\u00e4ndliche Verurteilung durch alle anst\u00e4ndigen Menschen, unmissverst\u00e4ndliche Weigerung zur Zusammenarbeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The situation in Mariupol remains unchanged &#8211; as severe as possible. The Russian army is blocking any efforts to organize humanitarian corridors and save our people. The occupiers are trying to carry out deportation or even mobilization of the local residents who have fallen into their hands. The fate of at least tens of thousands of Mariupol residents who were previously relocated to Russian-controlled territory is unknown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leider h\u00f6ren wir von Russland keine Antwort auf das Austauschangebot, das die Zivilisten und Verteidiger Mariupols retten k\u00f6nnte. Und das ist das beste Argument daf\u00fcr, keine Kontakte zur Russischen F\u00f6deration zu haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the south of our country, the occupiers are trying to demonstrate at least something that can be presented in Russia as the alleged readiness of Ukrainians to cooperate with Russian structures. It looks pathetic. After 55 days of war, the occupiers didn&#8217;t manage to attract anyone to their side except for some outcasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The situation is quite clear &#8211; Ukrainians in all regions of our state support Ukrainian national unity. They support our national statehood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And I am grateful to all the residents of the temporarily occupied cities, temporarily occupied communities &#8211; Kherson, Kakhovka, Melitopol and all our other communities &#8211; for this clear position. No cooperation with the occupiers. No support for the collaborators. The more principled we are, the more principled you will be, the sooner normal life will return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich habe heute ein Treffen mit Vertretern der Werchowna Rada abgehalten. Wir er\u00f6rterten den Plan der parlamentarischen Arbeit und verst\u00e4ndigten uns auf wichtige Entscheidungsentw\u00fcrfe f\u00fcr den Staat, die in naher Zukunft verabschiedet werden m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Insbesondere wurde den Abgeordneten vorgeschlagen, die technische Entscheidung zur Verl\u00e4ngerung des Kriegsrechts zu unterst\u00fctzen. Dies ist f\u00fcr die rechtliche Absicherung der Verteidigung unseres Staates und den stabilen Betrieb aller Strukturen erforderlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir er\u00f6rterten auch einen Gesetzentwurf \u00fcber das Verfahren zur Nutzung der Kapazit\u00e4ten von Unternehmen, die aus der Kampfzone evakuiert wurden. Einen Gesetzentwurf mit \u00c4nderungen der Strafprozessordnung der Ukraine, die f\u00fcr die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Internationalen Strafgerichtshof erforderlich sind. Einen Gesetzentwurf \u00fcber die Rechtsordnung in den vor\u00fcbergehend besetzten Gebieten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Gespr\u00e4ch war sachlich, und ich hoffe, dass die Abgeordneten diese Gesetzentw\u00fcrfe bald genug ausarbeiten werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich habe heute mit dem niederl\u00e4ndischen Ministerpr\u00e4sidenten Mark Rutte gesprochen. Ich informierte ihn \u00fcber die aktuelle Lage in den Kampfgebieten und insbesondere im Donbas. Ich dankte ihm f\u00fcr die starke Unterst\u00fctzung der Ukraine. Wir stimmten die n\u00e4chsten Schritte ab, die zum Schutz unseres Staates und der Freiheit in Europa erforderlich sind. Wir vereinbarten, die Lieferung schwerer Waffen, einschlie\u00dflich gepanzerter Fahrzeuge, zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich sprach auch mit der Pr\u00e4sidentin der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission, Ursula von der Leyen. Insbesondere \u00fcber den Verteidigungs-, Finanz- und humanit\u00e4ren Bedarf der Ukraine. Wir beschleunigen die Verfahren, damit die Ukraine bei der europ\u00e4ischen Integration so schnell wie m\u00f6glich vorankommen kann. Jetzt, w\u00e4hrend des Krieges, sind diese Bewegung und ihre Geschwindigkeit ebenfalls Elemente des Schutzes unseres Staates und der Bewahrung der Freiheit f\u00fcr unser Volk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Immer mehr globale Unternehmen k\u00fcndigen an, ihre T\u00e4tigkeit in Russland einzustellen. Heute hat sich das deutsche Unternehmen Henkel Hunderten anderer solcher gro\u00dfer Unternehmen angeschlossen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich m\u00f6chte betonen, dass dies unvermeidlich ist: Jedes normale Unternehmen wird eine solche Entscheidung treffen und Russland verlassen m\u00fcssen. Der russische Staat befindet sich jetzt auf einem Niveau, auf dem jede Verbindung mit ihm und jede Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr ihn Mitschuld an Massenmorden bedeutet. Mitschuld an dem, was als Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit und V\u00f6lkermord bezeichnet werden wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vor dieser Ansprache unterzeichnete ich den traditionellen Erlass zur Auszeichnung unserer Verteidiger. 286 Angeh\u00f6rige der Streitkr\u00e4fte der Ukraine wurden mit staatlichen Auszeichnungen geehrt. 229 von ihnen sind Angeh\u00f6rige der 36. selbstst\u00e4ndigen Marinebrigade, die gemeinsam mit anderen Einheiten Mariupol heldenhaft verteidigt. H\u00f6chster Dank des gesamten ukrainischen Volkes an die 36. Brigade, Asow, die 12. Brigade der Nationalgarde der Ukraine, Grenzsch\u00fctzer, Freiwillige des Rechten Sektors, das 555.
