Mai 2026<\/strong> nahm das <strong>Transatlantic Dialogue Center (TDC)<\/strong> an einer akademischen Sitzung teil, die im Rahmen der Aktivit\u00e4ten zum <strong>10-j\u00e4hrigen Bestehen<\/strong> des Masterstudiengangs f\u00fcr Internationale Beziehungen und Menschenrechte (MRIDH) an <strong>der Hochverdiente Autonome Universit\u00e4t Puebla (BUAP)<\/strong> (Fakult\u00e4t f\u00fcr Politik- und Sozialwissenschaften) stattfand. Die Veranstaltung fand in einem <strong>Hybridformat<\/strong> statt: Die Studierenden der BUAP waren vor Ort versammelt, w\u00e4hrend die ReferentInnen online teilnahmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Das TDC wurde durch <strong>Alina Rohach<\/strong>, <em>Projektleiterin des Spanien- und Lateinamerika-Partnerschaftsprogramms<\/em>, sowie <strong>Bohdana Batsko<\/strong>, <em>Projektassistentin des Spanien- und Lateinamerika-Partnerschaftsprogramms<\/em>, vertreten. Die Sitzung mit dem Titel <strong>\u201eInternationale Konflikte und ihre L\u00f6sung: Reflexionen zur Ukraine\u201c<\/strong> befasste sich mit der sich wandelnden Natur des russischen Krieges gegen die Ukraine sowie mit den zentralen Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr glaubw\u00fcrdige Wege zur Konfliktl\u00f6sung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">W\u00e4hrend der Diskussion gingen die ReferentInnen auf folgende Themen ein:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\" translation-block\">die <strong>aktuelle Lage in der Ukraine<\/strong>, einschlie\u00dflich der Entwicklungen vor Ort und der Faktoren, die Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit und Entscheidungsfindung pr\u00e4gen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" translation-block\">warum der Krieg nicht nur als konventioneller milit\u00e4rischer Konflikt, sondern auch als <strong>hybrider Krieg<\/strong> verstanden werden sollte, der Sicherheitsdruck, wirtschaftlichen Zwang und Informationsoperationen miteinander verbindet;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" translation-block\">die <strong>vorherrschenden internationalen Narrative<\/strong> rund um den Krieg und wie die russische Kommunikation zentrale Fakten verzerrt oder ausl\u00e4sst;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" translation-block\">die <strong>humanit\u00e4re Dimension<\/strong>, einschlie\u00dflich des Leids der Zivilbev\u00f6lkerung und der langfristigen gesellschaftlichen Auswirkungen, mit besonderem Augenmerk auf <strong>Kinder<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" translation-block\">die <strong>Verschleppung und Deportation ukrainischer Kinder<\/strong> durch Russland und warum dieses Thema rechtlich und politisch von zentraler Bedeutung bleibt;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>das Leben unter Besatzung sowie die Risiken eines \u201eEinfrierens\u201c oder einer Normalisierung der Besatzung ohne Schutzmechanismen und Rechenschaftspflicht;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" translation-block\">was eine dauerhafte L\u00f6sung erfordert, darunter <strong>Sicherheitsgarantien, Rechenschaftspflicht, die R\u00fcckkehr verschleppter Personen und Kinder sowie den Schutz der Zivilbev\u00f6lkerung unter Besatzung<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Wir danken <strong>Professor Jorge Contreras Peralta<\/strong>, <strong>Dr. Marisol P\u00e9rez D\u00edaz<\/strong> (Koordinatorin des MRIDH) sowie der <strong>gesamten MRIDH-Gemeinschaft der BUAP<\/strong> herzlich f\u00fcr die Einladung und die engagierte Diskussion.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 21 May 2026, the Transatlantic Dialogue Center (TDC) joined an academic session held as part of the 10th anniversary activities of the Master\u2019s program in International Relations and Human Rights (MRIDH) at the Meritorious Autonomous University of Puebla (BUAP) (Faculty of Political and Social Sciences).
