Im Mittelpunkt standen mehrere zentrale Aspekte der Frage, wie die Erfahrungen der Ukraine im Krieg das europ\u00e4ische Denken \u00fcber Verteidigung und Abschreckung pr\u00e4gen. Er\u00f6rtert wurden unter anderem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>der aktuelle Stand der Verhandlungen zwischen der Ukraine, den Vereinigten Staaten und Russland sowie die strategische Positionierung der Ukraine in diesem Prozess;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Entwicklungen auf dem Gefechtsfeld;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wesentliche technologische und doktrin\u00e4re Ver\u00e4nderungen der modernen Kriegsf\u00fchrung \u2013 vom Aufstieg der Drohnenkriegsf\u00fchrung und der Entstehung eines \u201etransparenten Gefechtsfeldes\u201c bis hin zu weitreichenden Angriffen auf wirtschaftlich bedeutende Infrastruktur;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die wichtigsten Lehren, die die Ukraine aus dem Krieg gezogen hat, und ihre Bedeutung f\u00fcr die europ\u00e4ischen Bem\u00fchungen um den Aufbau einer glaubw\u00fcrdigen Abschreckung gegen\u00fcber Russland.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Wir danken<strong> YATA Norge<\/strong> sowie allen OrganisatorInnen und Teilnehmenden herzlich f\u00fcr die M\u00f6glichkeit, an dieser wichtigen Diskussion mitzuwirken.
