M\u00e4rz 2026 \u00e4u\u00dferten sich <strong>Alina Rohach<\/strong>, Projektmanagerin des Spanien- und Lateinamerika-Partnerschaftsprogramms am Transatlantic Dialogue Center, <strong>Bohdana Batsko<\/strong>, Projektassistentin desselben Programms, und <strong>Olha Kvashuk<\/strong>, Programmmanagerin von \u201cEurope and the World\u201d bei der International Renaissance Foundation, zu einer Kolumne von Israel L\u00f3pez Guti\u00e9rrez, die in El Heraldo (einer mexikanischen nationalen Tageszeitung) ver\u00f6ffentlicht wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Die Kolumne beleuchtet, wie sich die Rolle ukrainischer Frauen w\u00e4hrend des russischen Krieges ausgeweitet hat: Neben beruflichen und famili\u00e4ren Verpflichtungen engagieren sich Frauen zunehmend im Ehrenamt, in der Medizin, in der Zivilgesellschaft, im \u00f6ffentlichen Leben und im Milit\u00e4r. Dem Artikel zufolge <strong>dienen derzeit rund \u201e70.000\u201c Frauen in den ukrainischen Streitkr\u00e4ften<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Batsko betonte, dass die Rolle der Frauen in der Ukraine seit 2014 zunehmend an Bedeutung gewonnen habe, und beschrieb <strong>die \u201eDoppelbelastung\u201c, der viele Frauen ausgesetzt sind<\/strong>. Sie k\u00fcmmern sich um ihre Kinder und f\u00fchren den Haushalt, w\u00e4hrend sie zugleich arbeiten, um den Lebensunterhalt zu sichern, da die M\u00e4nner in den Streitkr\u00e4ften dienen. Sie wies zudem darauf hin, dass sich viele junge Frauen aus \u00dcberzeugung f\u00fcr den Milit\u00e4rdienst entscheiden und sich bewusst sind, dass der Ausgang des Krieges auch von Frauen und nicht nur von M\u00e4nnern abh\u00e4ngt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rohach betonte, dass der Krieg die Ver\u00e4nderungen in der Rolle der Frauen in der ukrainischen Gesellschaft beschleunigt und Einschr\u00e4nkungen \u00fcberwunden habe, die mit dem sowjetischen Erbe verbunden seien. Sie unterstrich, dass Frauen in den Streitkr\u00e4ften nicht auf administrative Positionen beschr\u00e4nkt seien: Viele von ihnen dienen an der Front und \u00fcbernehmen F\u00fchrungsaufgaben. Zudem verwies sie auf die zunehmende Rolle von Frauen in der \u00f6ffentlichen Diplomatie, unter anderem auf den Anstieg der Zahl von Frauen im Botschafterdienst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
