Am 4. M\u00e4rz 2026 sprach Alina Rohach, Projektmanagerin des Spanien- und Lateinamerika-Partnerschaftsprogramms am Transatlantic Dialogue Center, mit Azteca Noticias. In dem von Jos\u00e9 Antonio Garc\u00eda moderierten Beitrag wurde dringend auf die zwangsweise Verbringung und Verschleppung ukrainischer Kinder durch die russischen Beh\u00f6rden aufmerksam gemacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zu Beginn des Beitrags wies Garc\u00eda darauf hin, dass der Krieg h\u00e4ufig vor allem aus einer politischen und territorialen Perspektive betrachtet wird, w\u00e4hrend ein gro\u00dfes humanit\u00e4res Problem in den Hintergrund gedr\u00e4ngt worden ist: die Verschleppung von mehr als \u201e20.000\u201c ukrainischen Kindern. Rohach betonte, dass es sich hierbei nicht um ein nachrangiges Thema, sondern um eine Menschenrechtsnotlage mit langfristigen Folgen f\u00fcr Familien, Gemeinschaften und die Zukunft der Ukraine handelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rohach betonte, dass Russland Mechanismen geschaffen hat, um ukrainische Kinder zu \u201erussifizieren\u201c und zu assimilieren und dadurch ihre ukrainische Identit\u00e4t auszul\u00f6schen. In dem Beitrag wurde beschrieben, wie Kinder unter Druck gesetzt werden, Russisch zu sprechen und sich wie Russen zu verhalten, und wie ihnen durch Adoptionsverfahren in Russland neue Identit\u00e4ten gegeben werden. Rohach wies au\u00dferdem auf die Berichte \u00fcber sogenannte \u201eUmerziehungslager\u201c hin, in denen Kinder gezwungen werden, die russische Sprache und Geschichte zu lernen, und in denen es ihnen untersagt ist, Ukrainisch zu sprechen oder sich auf die Ukraine zu beziehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Beitrag unterstrich zudem das Ausma\u00df und die Dauer des Problems und stellte einen Zusammenhang zwischen dem Beginn der Verschleppungen und der Besetzung der Krim im Jahr 2014 her. Dabei wurde auf den Verdacht von NGOs verwiesen, dass die Zahl der betroffenen Minderj\u00e4hrigen weitaus h\u00f6her sein k\u00f6nnte. Berichten zufolge wurden Kinder auf Dutzende bis Hunderte von Lagern in Russland und Belarus verteilt. Obwohl etwas mehr als \u201e2.000\u201c Kinder zur\u00fcckgekehrt sind, betonte der Beitrag die schwerwiegenden psychischen Folgen sowie die dringende Tatsache, dass Tausende von Kindern weiterhin von ihren Familien getrennt sind, w\u00e4hrend der Krieg andauert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
