Am 6. M\u00e4rz 2026 hielt eine Delegation des Transatlantic Dialogue Center (TDC) und der International Renaissance Foundation (IRF) im Rahmen des Advocacy-Besuchs in Mexiko Arbeitstreffen mit dem Sekretariat f\u00fcr wirtschaftliche Entwicklung und Arbeit sowie dem Sekretariat f\u00fcr Kunst und Kultur von Puebla ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die TDC-IRF-Delegation bestand aus Oleksandr Slyvchuk (Koordinator des Spanien- und Lateinamerika-Partnerschaftsprogramms, TDC), Alina Rohach (Projektmanagerin des Spanien- und Lateinamerika-Partnerschaftsprogramms, TDC), Bohdana Batsko (Projektassistentin des Spanien- und Lateinamerika-Partnerschaftsprogramms, TDC) und Olha Kvashuk (Programmmanagerin von \u201eEurope and the World\u201c, IRF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im Sekretariat f\u00fcr wirtschaftliche Entwicklung und Arbeit von Puebla traf die Delegation mit V\u00edctor Gabriel Chedraui (Sekret\u00e4r) und Eduardo Alc\u00e1ntara Montiel (Generaldirektor f\u00fcr Investitionsf\u00f6rderung und -akquise) zusammen. Im Sekretariat f\u00fcr Kunst und Kultur von Puebla fand ein Treffen mit Lic. Emilio Herrera Corichi (Stellvertretender Sekret\u00e4r f\u00fcr Kultur) statt. Im Mittelpunkt beider Gespr\u00e4che standen die Perspektive der ukrainischen Zivilgesellschaft auf die Aussichten f\u00fcr einen Frieden, die aktuelle Lage in Kyjiw und in der gesamten Ukraine sowie die Auswirkungen des Krieges auf die Zivilbev\u00f6lkerung. Besonderes Augenmerk lag dabei auf der dokumentierten Verschleppung von mehr als 20.000 ukrainischen Kindern und auf der Rolle der Internationalen Koalition f\u00fcr die R\u00fcckkehr ukrainischer Kinder bei der Gestaltung koordinierter humanit\u00e4rer Ma\u00dfnahmen. Die Teilnehmenden er\u00f6rterten zudem die Bedeutung der Einbindung lokaler Beh\u00f6rden in die humanit\u00e4re Zusammenarbeit mit der Ukraine, einschlie\u00dflich der F\u00f6rderung eines Engagements der nationalen Ebene f\u00fcr die Internationale Koalition f\u00fcr die R\u00fcckkehr ukrainischer Kinder. Im Treffen mit dem Sekretariat f\u00fcr Kunst und Kultur wurde dar\u00fcber hinaus die Bedeutung einer Vertiefung der kulturellen Zusammenarbeit zwischen Mexiko und der Ukraine hervorgehoben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im Rahmen des Programms in Puebla besuchte die Delegation au\u00dferdem die \u201eBiblioteca Palafoxiana\u201c, eine Bibliothek im historischen Zentrum der Stadt Puebla. Sie wurde 1646 gegr\u00fcndet und ist von der UNESCO als erste und \u00e4lteste \u00f6ffentliche Bibliothek Amerikas anerkannt. Wir danken herzlich f\u00fcr diese Gelegenheit und die uns entgegengebrachte Gastfreundschaft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
