Alina Rohach<\/strong>, Projektleiterin des Spanien- und Lateinamerika-Partnerschaftsprogramms<\/strong> beim Transatlantic Dialogue Center<\/strong>, \u00e4u\u00dferte sich gegen\u00fcber Infobae (einem f\u00fchrenden lateinamerikanischen Nachrichtenportal) dazu, wie die Angriffe Russlands auf die Energieinfrastruktur der Ukraine das Leben der Zivilbev\u00f6lkerung in Kyjiw unter extremen winterlichen Bedingungen ver\u00e4ndern.\u2060<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rohach betonte, dass der Kernpunkt nicht nur der materielle Schaden ist, sondern auch die psychologische Ungewissheit: Wenn Menschen nicht vorhersagen k\u00f6nnen, ob es Licht, W\u00e4rme oder Wasser geben wird, bricht das Gef\u00fchl der Kontrolle \u00fcber das t\u00e4gliche Leben zusammen. Ihren Worten zufolge wird die Zeit nicht mehr in \u201enormale Tage\u201c unterteilt, sondern in Zeitr\u00e4ume, in denen \u201eStrom da ist\u201c und solche, in denen \u201ekein Strom da ist\u201c.\u2060<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aus Kyjiw erz\u00e4hlte sie, wie die Einwohner gezwungen sind, ihren Alltag aufgrund der Stromausf\u00e4lle neu zu organisieren \u2013 manchmal stehen sie um 3 oder 4 Uhr morgens auf, um zu duschen, ihre Telefone aufzuladen und Essen zuzubereiten, und legen sich dann wieder schlafen, bevor sie zur Arbeit gehen. Rohach hob zudem die Verwundbarkeit zentralisierter Heiz- und Stromsysteme hervor: Wird das Netz unterbrochen, k\u00fchlen Wohnungen rasch aus, und die Innentemperatur kann innerhalb weniger Stunden auf etwa 5 \u00b0C oder darunter fallen, wodurch Wohnungen zu \u201eGefrierschr\u00e4nke\u201c werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gleichzeitig, so Rohach, finden die Menschen Wege, durchzuhalten, indem sie in Bewegung bleiben, um sich warm zu halten, Ressourcen teilen und kleine Formen gegenseitiger Unterst\u00fctzung aufrechterhalten.
