Am 22. Januar 2026 teilte Alina Rohach<\/strong>, Projektleiterin des Spanien- und Lateinamerika-Partnerschaftsprogramms<\/strong> beim Transatlantic Dialogue Center<\/strong>, ihre Einsch\u00e4tzungen mit Escenario Mundial<\/strong><\/em> (einem in Argentinien ans\u00e4ssigen Medienunternehmen f\u00fcr internationale Angelegenheiten und Geopolitik) dar\u00fcber, wie die ukrainische Gesellschaft den vierten Winter des russischen Angriffskrieges angesichts fortgesetzter Angriffe auf die Energieinfrastruktur \u00fcbersteht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00dcber den technischen Schaden hinaus betonte Rohach den \u00fcbergeordneten Zweck der Kampagne: die soziale Stabilit\u00e4t zu untergraben, indem die Vorhersehbarkeit des Alltagslebens<\/strong> angegriffen wird. Sie hob zudem die historische Dimension dieser Angriffe hervor und wies darauf hin, dass der gezielte Einsatz der winterlichen H\u00e4rte als Druckmittel tief im kollektiven Ged\u00e4chtnis der Ukraine verankert ist.
