Am 20. In einem \u00fcbergeordneten strategischen Kontext erkl\u00e4rte Batsko, dass der Krieg die zuk\u00fcnftige europ\u00e4ische Sicherheitsarchitektur weiterhin grundlegend ver\u00e4ndert. Sie hob hervor, dass die Ukraine und ihre europ\u00e4ischen Partner in einem zunehmend volatilen Umfeld agieren, was nachhaltige Investitionen in nationale Verteidigungsf\u00e4higkeiten, milit\u00e4rische Technologien sowie eine vertiefte Koordination mit europ\u00e4ischen Verb\u00fcndeten, unter anderem durch sektorspezifische Zusammenarbeit wie im Bereich der Energiesicherheit, erforderlich macht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Bezug auf die aktuellen Friedensrahmenwerke stellte Batsko fest, dass die Ukraine weiterhin eng mit internationalen Partnern zusammenarbeitet, w\u00e4hrend sie sich gleichzeitig mit den anhaltenden strategischen Zielen Russlands auseinandersetzt. Sie betonte, dass die Ukraine zwar eine Beendigung des Konflikts anstrebt, jedes Ergebnis jedoch auf glaubw\u00fcrdigen und durchsetzbaren Sicherheitsgarantien beruhen m\u00fcsse.
