Er hob hervor, wie sich innenpolitische Priorit\u00e4ten verschoben haben, wie sich die \u00f6ffentliche Stimmung nach Jahren der Verfassungsdebatte entwickelt und wie diese internen Ver\u00e4nderungen mit den au\u00dfenpolitischen Entscheidungen Chiles zusammenh\u00e4ngen, darunter auch die konsequente Unterst\u00fctzung der Ukraine in Lateinamerika.
