Juni im<strong>Brasilianischen Institut f\u00fcr Bildung, Entwicklung und Forschung<\/strong> (IDP) in Zusammenarbeit mit der<strong>Internationalen Forschungsgruppe f\u00fcr Sicherheit<\/strong>, der<strong>Botschaft der Ukraine in Brasilien<\/strong> und dem<strong>Transatlantic Dialogue Centre<\/strong> (TDC) stattfand. Hauptziel des Treffens war es, einen umfassenden und kritischen Dialog \u00fcber die aktuelle geopolitische Lage in der Ukraine zu f\u00f6rdern, wobei die allgegenw\u00e4rtige Herausforderung durch Desinformation und deren Auswirkungen in der Region Lateinamerika besonders im Mittelpunkt standen. Die Gespr\u00e4che umfassten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Die aktuelle geopolitische und humanit\u00e4re Lage in der Ukraine:<\/strong> Eine eingehende Analyse des andauernden Krieges und seiner regionalen und globalen Auswirkungen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Das allgegenw\u00e4rtige Problem von Desinformation und Propaganda:<\/strong> Eine Untersuchung des strategischen Einsatzes von Desinformation durch die Russische F\u00f6deration, insbesondere ihrer gezielten Kampagnen in der Region Lateinamerika.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Fehlannahmen und Narrative dekonstruieren:<\/strong> Eine kritische Analyse der grundlegenden Mythen und falschen Rechtfertigungen, die der russische Staat zu den Urspr\u00fcngen und Ursachen der Invasion verbreitet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Der faktische Kontext der Invasion:<\/strong> Eine Darstellung der evidenzbasierten und \u00fcberpr\u00fcfbaren Ursachen f\u00fcr Russlands gro\u00df angelegte Invasion der Ukraine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Sprach- und medienspezifische Desinformation:<\/strong> Eine fokussierte Diskussion dar\u00fcber, wie Plattformen wie \u201eRussia Today\u201c die portugiesische Sprache zur Verbreitung irref\u00fchrender Informationen nutzen und welche Auswirkungen dies auf die \u00f6ffentliche Wahrnehmung hat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Dialog verdeutlichte den dringenden Bedarf an zug\u00e4nglichen, sachlichen Informationen. Teilnehmende aus der brasilianischen Wissenschaft erkannten die Herausforderung bei der Bek\u00e4mpfung von Desinformation an und stellten fest, dass das \u00f6ffentliche Verst\u00e4ndnis des Konflikts auch drei Jahre nach der gro\u00df angelegten Invasion weiterhin durch vorgefasste Meinungen und einen mangelnden Zugang zu direkten, verl\u00e4sslichen Quellen beeintr\u00e4chtigt ist.
