Am 21. Juli 2025 gab Alina Rohach, Projektmanagerin des Spanien- und Lateinamerika-Partnerschaftsprogramms im Transatlantic Dialogue Center (TDC), dem dominikanischen Medienportal Panorama ein exklusives Interview. Aus Kyjiw zugeschaltet, gab Rohach einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber den andauernden Kampf der Ukraine gegen die russische Aggression, \u00fcber die sich wandelnde Dynamik des Krieges sowie \u00fcber die Bedeutung der internationalen Solidarit\u00e4t \u2013 insbesondere aus Lateinamerika. Trotz regelm\u00e4\u00dfiger Drohnen- und Raketenangriffe betonte Rohach, dass die Ukraine weiterhin funktioniert: \u201eZiviler Widerstand ist eines der deutlichsten Zeichen unserer nationalen Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit\u201c, erkl\u00e4rte sie. \u201eSelbst unter st\u00e4ndigem Druck weigert sich die ukrainische Gesellschaft, zusammenzubrechen.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die TDC-Expertin ging auch auf den diplomatischen und geopolitischen Kontext ein und warnte, dass keine Verhandlungen ohne die direkte Beteiligung der Ukraine stattfinden d\u00fcrften. Sie \u00e4u\u00dferte Besorgnis \u00fcber externe Vorschl\u00e4ge f\u00fcr eine schnelle L\u00f6sung, die die ukrainische Souver\u00e4nit\u00e4t gef\u00e4hrden k\u00f6nnten, insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund der sich ver\u00e4ndernden politischen Dynamik in den USA.
