Am 11. April 2025 traf Oleksandr Slyvchuk, Koordinator des Spanien- und Lateinamerika Partnerschaftsprogramms, in Santiago mit Vertreter:innen der chilenischen Kriegsakademie zusammen. Das Treffen, das mithilfe des Zentrums f\u00fcr Strategische Studien organisiert wurde, versammelte Expert:innen f\u00fcr Verteidigung, Sicherheit und strategische Angelegenheiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

W\u00e4hrend der Sitzung hielt Oleksandr Slyvchuk eine ausf\u00fchrliche Pr\u00e4sentation zur Analyse des russisch-ukrainischen Krieges. Seine Ausf\u00fchrungen behandelten sowohl taktische Elemente als auch technologische Innovationen, die die moderne Kriegsf\u00fchrung pr\u00e4gen. Der Vortrag vermittelte den Teilnehmenden ein besseres strategisches Verst\u00e4ndnis des Krieges aus einer fundierten internationalen Perspektive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
