Am 8. April besuchten Vertreter:innen des Transatlantic Dialogue Center (TDC) und des Human Rights Center ZMINA den chilenischen Nationalkongress zu einem Treffen mit dem Ausschuss f\u00fcr Ausw\u00e4rtige Angelegenheiten. Die Diskussion bot eine wichtige Plattform, um die chilenischen Abgeordneten \u00fcber die aktuelle Lage in der Ukraine zu informieren und Meinungen zur Verteidigung der demokratischen Prinzipien und Grundrechte in Kriegszeiten auszutauschen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

W\u00e4hrend des Treffens gab die ukrainische Delegation einen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber den anhaltenden russischen Angriffskrieg und seine Auswirkungen auf die Gesellschaft, die Institutionen und die Zukunft der Ukraine. Sie er\u00f6rterten den Stand des Verhandlungsprozesses und betonten, dass ein dauerhafter Frieden auf der Grundlage der Gerechtigkeit, der Souver\u00e4nit\u00e4t und der Achtung des V\u00f6lkerrechts geschaffen werden muss. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit wurde den systematischen Kriegsverbrechen und schweren Menschenrechtsverletzungen Russlands sowie den dokumentierten F\u00e4llen von Deportationen ukrainischer Kinder aus den besetzten Gebieten nach Russland gewidmet. Au\u00dferdem wurden im Rahmen des Gespr\u00e4chs die Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit der ukrainischen Zivilgesellschaft und ihr Engagement f\u00fcr demokratische Werte hervorgehoben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Treffen im Nationalkongress bekr\u00e4ftigte die Bedeutung der internationalen Solidarit\u00e4t und st\u00e4rkte die Beziehungen zwischen der Ukraine und Chile zu einem Zeitpunkt, an dem globale Einigkeit von entscheidender Bedeutung ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
