On April 1, 2025, representatives from the Transatlantic Dialogue Center and the Human Rights Center ZMINA met in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with members of the Argentine Chamber of Deputies: Fernando Iglesias, Chair of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and Worship; Sabrina Ajmechet, Chair of the Human Rights Committee; and Damian Arabia, Chair of the Parliamentary Friendship Group with Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting, participants discussed Russia\u2019s ongoing war against Ukraine, highlighting serious concerns about continuing Russian violations, including the arbitrary detention of civilians. The deputies emphasized the importance of international cooperation in addressing these human rights abuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
