Am 5. Februar traf sich eine Delegation spanischer Sicherheits- und Strategieexperten mit dem Sekret\u00e4r des Nationalen Sicherheits- und Verteidigungsrats (NSDC) der Ukraine, Oleksandr Lytvynenko. Die Delegation umfasste Victor Mario Bados Nieto, Direktor des Spanischen Instituts f\u00fcr Strategische Studien (IEEE); Ignacio Fuente Cobo, Senior Analyst bei IEEE; Manuel Jos\u00e9 Gazapo Lapayese, Direktor f\u00fcr Institutionelle Beziehungen bei UNIVERSAE und Direktor des Internationalen Sicherheitsobservatoriums; sowie Am\u00edn Lejarza de Bilbao Essalhi, Leiter der Jugendabteilung von Eurodefense Spanien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dieser Besuch wurde mit der Unterst\u00fctzung der Europ\u00e4ischen Union <\/strong>organisiert und wird gemeinsam mit der International Renaissance Foundation<\/strong> im Rahmen der gemeinsamen Initiative \u201eEurop\u00e4ische Renaissance der Ukraine\u201c durchgef\u00fchrt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

W\u00e4hrend des Treffens konzentrierte sich die Diskussion auf die Art und die Merkmale des russisch-ukrainischen Krieges. Oleksandr Lytwynenko betonte, dass anf\u00e4ngliche analytische Prognosen den tats\u00e4chlichen Verlauf der Ereignisse nicht vorhersehen konnten, insbesondere die falsche Annahme, Kyjiw w\u00fcrde innerhalb von drei Tagen fallen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Delegation erkundete die besonderen Aspekte der Kriegsf\u00fchrung in der Ukraine, darunter die Wirksamkeit westlicher Waffen und die Anpassungsf\u00e4higkeit der Ukraine auf dem Schlachtfeld. Auch die Unterschiede zwischen den ukrainischen und russischen Mobilisierungsprozessen wurden analysiert und wichtige strategische Gegens\u00e4tze hervorgehoben. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurde die Beteiligung Nordkoreas am Krieg beleuchtet, was die zunehmende internationale Dimension des Konflikts verdeutlichte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein zentraler Diskussionspunkt war die Notwendigkeit langfristiger Sicherheitsgarantien, um k\u00fcnftige Invasionen und Konflikte zu verhindern. Oleksandr Lytwynenko betonte, dass ohne konkrete internationale Verpflichtungen das Risiko einer erneuten Aggression weiterhin hoch sei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Gespr\u00e4ch unterstrich auch eine grundlegende Herausforderung: das Fehlen jeglicher \u201eSpielregeln\u201c in Russland, was das diplomatische und milit\u00e4rische Engagement gegen\u00fcber dem Kreml erschwert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
