Er konzentrierte sich dabei auf die Bilanz der Ukraine bei der \u00dcbernahme von NATO-Standards und skizzierte die Herausforderungen, die dies in Kriegszeiten mit sich bringt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie Maksym erkl\u00e4rte, ist der NATO-Beitritt der Ukraine zwar \u201evor allem ein politischer Prozess, der vom kollektiven Willen der Verb\u00fcndeten abh\u00e4ngt\u201c, aber sobald der richtige Zeitpunkt gekommen ist, muss sichergestellt werden, dass \u201ees f\u00fcr Skeptiker keine formalen Gr\u00fcnde gibt, eine Einladung abzulehnen\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zu diesem Zweck erstellte Maksym eine \u00dcbersicht \u00fcber: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>den in der Ukraine etablierten Rechtsrahmen zur Umsetzung von NATO-Standards; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Statistiken der laufenden \u00dcberpr\u00fcfungen von 2.000 milit\u00e4rischen Interoperabilit\u00e4tsstandards der NATO; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Erh\u00f6hung der Zahl ausgebildeten ukrainischen Personals durch die europ\u00e4ischen Verb\u00fcndeten; <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Einf\u00fchrung einer Englisch-Sprachanforderung in die milit\u00e4rischen Ausbildungsprogramme und <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>die Herausforderung, Wirksamkeit und Transparenzambitionen in Einklang zu bringen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie zu Recht bemerkt wurde, besteht die Dringlichkeit der Waffenbeschaffung zwar weiterhin \u2013 \u201eKriegsbedingungen k\u00f6nnen jedoch dazu f\u00fchren, dass die Situation von schwarz-wei\u00df noch grauer wird\u201c.
