Trotz Russlands aggressiven Vorgehens und einer gezielten Desinformationskampagne, die die Erfolge der Ukraine diskreditieren sollte, schlug die Ukraine einen mutigen Reformkurs ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Laufe dieser Transformation hat die Ukraine wichtige Institutionen zur Korruptionsbek\u00e4mpfung geschaffen, die \u00dcberwachungsmechanismen ausgebaut und die Transparenz der Regierungsarbeit erh\u00f6ht haben.
