In dem Gespr\u00e4ch wurden verschiedene Faktoren er\u00f6rtert, die Deutschlands Haltung in dieser Frage ma\u00dfgeblich beeinflussen, darunter innenpolitischer Druck, gesellschaftliche Auffassungen zu Waffentransfers, der historische Kontext und der Ansatz Berlins, eine wichtigere Rolle bei Waffenlieferungen zu \u00fcbernehmen. Au\u00dferdem wurde das Fehlen einer umfassenden und aktuellen Strategie in Bezug auf Russland und die anhaltenden Debatten innerhalb Deutschlands und der westlichen Gemeinschaft dar\u00fcber, ob Russland Teil einer neuen Sicherheitsarchitektur in Europa sein sollte, hervorgehoben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In dem Gespr\u00e4ch wurden mehrere relevante Themen angesprochen, die sich auf Deutschlands Position auswirken k\u00f6nnten, wie z.B. die bevorstehenden Wahlen in den USA, im Europ\u00e4ischen Parlament und in anderen wichtigen Hauptst\u00e4dten, die Besorgnis \u00fcber die Unterst\u00fctzung Kyjiws, die politische Instabilit\u00e4t im US-Kongress, das provokative Verhalten Russlands in Bezug auf seine nukleare Pr\u00e4senz und seine Bem\u00fchungen, Propaganda zu verbreiten, um die internationale Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr die Ukraine zu untergraben.
