Zusammen mit Herrn Olevs Nikers, dem Pr\u00e4sidenten der Baltic Security Foundation, er\u00f6rterte er die regionale Sicherheit, das Post-NATO-Beitrittsszenario der russisch-finnischen Grenze und m\u00f6gliche Instabilit\u00e4t zwischen Russland und dem neuen NATO-Mitglied. Trotz der wachsenden Drohungen und der eskalierenden Rhetorik Moskaus macht der Bericht des finnischen Au\u00dfenministers eine interessante Beobachtung deutlich: Die Pr\u00e4senz russischer Truppen ist in der Region besonders gering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In seiner Ansprache wies Herr Rishko auf den russischen R\u00fcckzug aus verschiedenen strategischen Gebieten hin, darunter Finnland und der russisch-chinesischen Grenze, sowie auf den Abzug der \u201eFriedenstruppen\u201c aus Bergkarabach. Er betonte weiterhin, dass die Situation entlang der finnischen Grenze die Unf\u00e4higkeit des Kremls unterstreiche, seinen aggressiven Feldzug gegen die Ukraine aufgrund erheblicher Personalverluste fortzusetzen. Deshalb muss Russland seine Soldaten aus verschiedenen Teilen des Landes abziehen, um die Kriegsverluste zu decken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Interview brachte auch die russische Haltung zur NATO-Erweiterung ans Licht, die, wenn man sie analysiert, die kremlische Zur\u00fcckhaltung unterstreicht, auf seine bestehenden Einflussbereiche zu verzichten.
