<\/strong>Kyiv<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Maximum tender amount (UAH) &#8211; <\/strong>30,000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Description<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>The Transatlantic Dialogue Center public organization is announcing a tender to select a provider to deliver training on psychological resilience, mental health, and burnout prevention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The training aims to help participants develop stress resilience and self-support skills under martial law and heightened stress, and recognize and prevent symptoms of professional and emotional burnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The training must combine theoretical and practical components and cover:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>key aspects of psychological well-being and emotional state;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>factors affecting psychological state and contributing to professional burnout;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>strengthening the ability to stay focused in situations of uncertainty;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ways to recognize signs of stress, emotional exhaustion, and overload;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tools for preventing team conflicts during intensive work periods;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>practical tools for coping with stress and emotional strain;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ways of providing mutual support within the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Expected results:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>increased participant awareness of professional and emotional burnout;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>development of skills to recognize one\u2019s own emotional state and workload level;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mastery of practical ways to respond to stressful situations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stronger team interaction and a culture of mutual support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service delivery period \u2013 July 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service delivery format \u2013 in person in Kyiv&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The service is procured under a project implemented with the support of the Askold and Dir Foundation, administered by ISAR Ednannia under the project \u2018Strong Civil Society of Ukraine \u2013 Driver of Reforms and Democracy,\u2019 funded by Norway and Sweden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Requirements for service providers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in delivering training on psychological support, burnout prevention, and\/or stress management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant education and professional qualifications in psychology, psychotherapy, and\/or social work;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with teams of civil society organizations or other professional groups;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skills in conducting interactive, practice-oriented training;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication and presentation skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registration and verification on the platform<a href=\"https:\/\/home.ednannia.ua\/\"> https:\/\/home.ednannia.ua\/<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be duly registered under Ukrainian law (as a legal entity or sole proprietor [Group 3 or the general taxation system]) and have the relevant KVED code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The tender participant shall provide the organizer with the following documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a technical and financial proposal indicating the proposed work format, a brief description of the training, and the total cost of services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the training programme and timetable;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CV of the key trainer or members of the training team, indicating relevant experience and qualifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Who will receive the service<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> The organization\u2019s team<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Number of participants<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> 10<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Contact person<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Interested parties are requested to send tender proposals to: viktoriia@tdcenter.org<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deadline for submitting tender proposals 4 September 2026 Location &#8211;
