فيتالي ريشكو

فيتالي ريشكو هو باحث زائر في مركز الحوار عبر الأطلسي، حيث يركز عمله على حرب روسيا المستمرة ضد أوكرانيا وتداعياتها على الأمن الأوروبي وعبر الأطلسي والعالمي. وهو أيضاً زميل في شؤون السلام والأمن لدى معهد الحوكمة العالمية (GGI)، وقد شغل سابقاً منصب منسق برنامج أوكرانيا التابع لـGGI.

His professional activities are centered on research and policy analysis related to European defense and security, transatlantic relations, and EU and NATO enlargement. He contributes to these efforts through analytical publications, expert commentary, and participation in policy-oriented discussions and events.

سابقاً، عمل فيتالي باحثاً زميلاً في معهد لاهاي للأبحاث حول أوروبا الشرقية وجنوب القوقاز وآسيا الوسطى، حيث ركز على الأمن الأوروبي وسياسة الدفاع والتطورات في أوروبا الشرقية وأوكرانيا وروسيا. كما أسهم في فريق أبحاث شؤون الاتحاد الأوروبي في مركز الأبحاث The New Global Order. وفي وقت سابق من مسيرته المهنية، كان متدرباً في وزارة الخارجية الأوكرانية ومتدرباً محللاً للاستخبارات مفتوحة المصدر (OSINT) في الشركة الناشئة الفرنسية Everdian.

His research interests include the international order, great power competition, grand strategy, transatlantic security, and EU and NATO enlargement policies.

Vitalii holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, specializing in foreign policy and national security, and a Master’s degree in International Security from the University of Groningen (Netherlands). He is currently completing the Harvard Business School Online CORe program, focusing on business fundamentals, including financial accounting, business analytics and economics for managers.

Vitalii is fluent in Ukrainian, English, and French, and has a basic understanding of Dutch.
